I work from the principle of Radius Analytics Flow – a way of perceiving, analysing and connecting. Everything in my life revolves around seeing the whole: in people, in systems and in processes. I combine technical expertise with deep knowledge of health, communication and meaning.My mission for the next seven years is clear: make impact, connect, bequeath.

My health was generally good. I was not sick very often. Therefore, the many activities occupied me more than the physical complaints I get over time. Until a moment came when I really couldn’t ignore it. My body demanded attention. My illness was a turning point in my life. In fact, the illness sparked my interest in how the body works and its self-healing ability.

Thus, I started to explore and I came logically to the question ‘Who am I?’. During my search, I came across simplified kundalini yoga (SKY), breathing yoga (pranayam), Siddha vaidya and Ayurveda. It didn’t stop there until today I am still enriching myself with knowledge.

Since these mainly Indian terms mean little to people here, I looked for a way to translate the knowledge into western interpretation. The Neuro Linguistic Programming training has certainly helped me in this and together with another NLP master, I teach the training NLiP, which stands for Not Lying Inner Person.

Besides Ayurveda consultations and treatments and coachings, I also organise yoga retreats in collaboration with SKY yoga teachers.
