Two-Day NLiP Wisdom Retreat
A compact, deep inner work program to restore balance, clarity and daily rhythm – guided by Rajaveda.
What is the Rajaveda Retreat?
The Rajaveda NLiP Wisdom Retreat is a two-day inner work journey that brings together body, mind and awareness. It is designed for people who want to pause, re-align and re-charge – in a simple, practical and respectful way.
No religion, no group therapy, no dogma. Instead, we work with:
- clear daily structure and rhythm
- gentle body movement and breath
- inner reflection and “inner engineering”
- insights through your senses and patterns
- light vegetarian food to support clarity
Who is it for?
This two-day retreat is suitable for adults who:
- feel tired, overloaded or out of rhythm
- want more clarity about their direction in life
- want to understand their patterns and reactions better
- need rest for body and mind, but also practical guidance
- are curious about combining modern life with ancient wisdom
You do not need any experience with meditation or yoga. Each participant works on their own level, at their own pace.
What happens during the two days?
Day 1 – Slowing down & seeing clearly
- Arrival, introduction and intention setting
- Scan of your current balance in daily life
- Gentle movement and breathing exercises
- Inner observation – how do I react, feel, think?
- Guided reflection on your senses and patterns
- Light vegetarian meals to keep the body at ease
- Evening silence and integration
Day 2 – Structuring, integrating & moving forward
- Simple morning ritual to start the day from within
- Working with the five elements and the senses as “inner compass”
- Exploring your natural rhythm: sleep, food, focus, rest
- Practices for stabilising your energy in daily life
- Designing a personal day routine you can realistically live
- Closing circle and next steps for your own path
Approach & character
- Not religious – you keep your own belief or non-belief.
- Not medical treatment – it does not replace regular care.
- Not group therapy – we work respectfully, without forcing people to share.
We combine:
- modern understanding of stress, rhythm and nervous system
- Ayurveda & Siddha-inspired lifestyle and nutrition principles
- NLiP Wisdom – integrating body, mind and subtle awareness
- practical, down-to-earth tools for daily life and work
Retreat discipline
To create a safe and deep atmosphere, we ask participants to follow some simple but important guidelines:
- Stay as much as possible inside the retreat space during the program.
- Keep phone, e-mail and laptop switched off, unless there is a real necessity.
- Respect quiet moments – for yourself and for others.
- Avoid heavy perfumes and strong external stimulation.
- Work with what appears in you, without judgement.
These boundaries are not to limit you, but to protect your attention and to support your inner process.
Medical & personal boundaries
The Rajaveda retreat does not replace medical treatment or therapy. Participants remain responsible for their own health and medication.
Sensitive or very personal topics are never forced into the group. If needed, a private consultation can be planned outside the retreat structure.
What you may take home
- more inner calm and space
- a clearer sense of what drains or nourishes your energy
- insight into your personal patterns and dominant senses
- a realistic daily routine you can try out step by step
- simple practices for stressful moments at home or at work
- a different relationship with your body, mind and attention
The goal is not to become “a different person in two days”, but to make a realistic, deep and kind shift in how you live with yourself.
